I want to learn to make clothes for the characters in the game. What software to use and how?

You can use GIMP to edit the clothes textures

@Nagluzz1 if you want to edit the existing clothes, you can use gimp as suggested above or paint.net or photoshop type softwares . but to make new clothes etc you would need more knowlege in 3d modeling and textures.

What if you want to take an already created outfit or modded outfit skin for Trevor or Franklin and put it on your Freemode Male model that your recreate in Single Player with the Skin Control mod?
