[MISC] Valkyrie and insurgents at 5 stars?

when using the iron man mod. I've notice that insurgents, tanks, Valkyries and savages will spawn in. is their any mod out that will make theses vehicles spawn. i only want them to spawn when i have a 5 star wanted level? RDE uses added models witch i don't want. any help?
