You can edit popgroups.ymt yourself to remove the bikini or topless models from it
But what are you trying to do?
It's a violent game with nudity, alcohol, drugs, acts of random violence etc

That's a pretty dumb idea as if you go to the beach and see fully clothed people there instead of people in swimwear
