I need help someone plz

alright so I had vehicle mods installed and they where working I installed 4 more and I launched the game, then I opened my mod menu and there where only 6 super cars adder, zentorno, votic, vacca, infernus, bullet etc. same with the other vehicle categories. i removed the vehicle mods i just downloaded and it still hasn't fixed anything plz help

Did you make a backup? If so, use it
If you didn't make a backup but you installed it into the mods folder, try removing the mods folder.
If that's no help reinstall the game

yea it works when i remove it but when i try to install cars like i did before which worked btw now it just crashes the game
