game crashes without any error screens or anything

im guessing its because the gameconfig's fucked, i only have two car mods and some clothing replacements. i have both the heap limit adjuster and the packfile limit adjuster but when i delete them a memory error appears. never experienced this before, i tried some stuff like the Police dude's fix etc. and nothing so far has worked. any help?
