Exchanging peds' voices

I noticed some of the peds have quite goofy voices plus, one of the female peds has a... male voice.
I'd like to exchange some of the voices for a more normal sounds. Which files I should look for? I understand it should be simple - just replacing one sound file name with another name, am I correct?
If so, I just need to know where is the relevant file. Do you know which .xml / .meta / whatever file controls this function?

Well, no answers, but nevermind... I discovered that it is possible to permanently change it with the Menyoo's "Voice changer" options. At least last time it held...
I just hope it won't break the game after an update... But then again, I don't think Menyoo actually alters the game files.

PED_VOICE_GROUP can be changed via editing of peds.meta I guess?

Yes, I noticed you replied to someone with similar question.
I had no time to see into this file however.Also I was somewhat afraid that it may break my game as , peds.meta doesn't seem to be a stock file. I just see some kind of problem with pedestrians has exploded recently, so I wish to interfere as little as possible in this "realm".
