mod downlaods

When I download GTA mods I only get a .rar file and do not receive a folder. can anyone help solve my issue.

open the .rar file with winrar, mods are in there

There's also 7Zip. Though if the files you get are in a normal zip file anot not a .rar (which 7Zip can open), you can use the built in extractor Windows has for opening zipped files.
