Give Wanted Weapons Mod Help!

Hey guys,
I need some help. I have numerous script mods installed like benny's car garage, accuracy mod, more blood, etc which works fine. But for some reason I cannot get the Give Wanted Weapons mod to work. Here is the page of the mod I am talking about Here!
I installed both the .dll and the .ini file in the scripts folder, set up the .ini file to what I would like, my game is completely up to date and its a hard copy if it matters. My .ini file for this mod looks like this...
[SETTINGS]
HOLD_KEY_GIVE_WEAPONS = None
PRESS_KEY_GIVE_WEAPONS = PageUp
GIVE_WEAPONS_ON_STARTUP = True[WEAPONS]
WEAPON_1 = DoubleBarrelShotgun
WEAPON_2 = Revolver
WEAPON_3 = CompactRifleI am pretty sure I did the .ini file correctly but something is wrong because the mod wont work. If my .ini isn't correct could someone with this mod and it works for you, show me how my .ini file should look like?
I would like it if these guns would be given to me on game startup instead of using a hotkey. This mod looks awesome and its driving me nuts that I can't get it to work. I have tried everything that I could think of. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!
