GTA V mods dont work

hello i have a problem my mods are not working. On my second pc my mods work but on my main do not work my main specs gtx 1060 6gb
intel core i7-6700k
16gb ram
win 10 pro
but on my second pc i have win 7 and some i5,gtx 960 and mods normaly works so im asking if somebody know how to fix it
