Custom game config not working

I've download a custom game config and i have no custom mods installed and when i load it the game crashes.

@killerjam that gameconfig.xml should work
post a screenshot of your game base folder and scripts folder
use HeapLimitAdjuster mod
do not use MP in SP mod

I have fix my issue and my game is running smoothly one again, I deleted my whole game files and then tried to run gta v making it update it self and now my game works perfectly fine.
