[VEHICLE/PAINT]Custom tires

I would like to ask if it is possible to make custom tires that could be set in los santos customs I would like to see toyo tires proxes or speed hunters tires etc. I know that some modded cars it would want would be on vanilla cars. I would do it myself but I do not know how!
