Mod to control Ragdoll while falling?

Hi guys, I would like to know the name of the mod that allows to control the player Ragdoll while falling.
Example (At 0:43):
You can see the player Ragdoll is controlled by the player when the body gets dragged towards the stairs a second time. If you know the name of the mod, I'd really like to know it! Thanks.
