Steam forces me to "reinstall" my game

hi, i ve stopped playing gta5 for a while and everything was in order with the game, i did not use my pc either. after 2 weeks that the latest gta 5 update was released i tried to play gta5 and i couldnt because steam thinks the game is not installed, and i do have all game files installed. what can i do?
