Franklin's "Salamanders" tank top mystery...

I noticed something rather weird regarding one of Franklin's pieces of clothing listed as "LC Salamanders top".
Sometimes, when I put it on it has no name or logo on it. Other times, it has "Burke" written on the back and a large fiery logo on the front. Then again, after reload it vanishes again.
WTAF?
No biggie, but I want to ask if you also experience this? I have exactly zero clothing mods and believe it is a vanilla thing... Wonder if anyone can confirm it.
