Disappearing Map

Does anyone know why parts of map disappears during gameplay? I've installed plenty of mods and none graphic "reshade-mods etc". Mostly I use add-on vehicles or perhaps weapons skins (replacing vanilla weapons). I noticed this happens randomly. Like sometimes this happens (with the same amount of mods) and others doesn't.
