Addon mods not working

So I had recently reinstalled the game, and today I have been adding a lot of vehicles until I came to the point where I was gonna start up the game just to find out that none of my addon cars wanted to spawn, neither did they show up in ikt's addon car spawner, My ymaps didn't work either. Firstly I thought that I may have forgotten the gameconfig by @F7YO. I installed the config with all of the extra things you need to nowadays, but the cars still won't show up or spawn. I tried some of the few other gameconfigs that are up to date, but without any luck.
So this is the first time I've posted on a forum.

Have you added the entries into dlclist?
