Improved Car Interiors and Engines mod

The cars in GTA V are pretty well detailed, but a lot of them have inconsistent or just plain ugly interior and engine models. The generic and low-tech interiors used in the Schafter, Cavalcade, etc are massively overused in way too many vehicles, and the low-poly engine models for cars like the Asea (V8, for some reason) look horrible. There are also inconsistencies in the types of engines in the cars, such as the I4 engines in the Coquette, Buffalo S and Pariah and the V8s in the Blista and Asea. Additionally, for some reason the very modern Dominator GTX has an ancient-looking engine while its predecessor the Ellie has a quite modern one. The same can be said for the original Dominator, as both its engine and interior look horrible.
So can someone make or try to find some mod that updates interiors and engine models to be realistic? (Realistic custom models would also be awesome, if possible.)
