2Mods different SaveFilles

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to have 2 completely mods on 2 different savefiles?
For instance: I want to have a vanilla savefile.
And I want a zombie survival savefile.
And I want a police savefile.But I think if I have the police and zombie mods on 1 savefile that it will interact with eachother on a bad way.
(BTW i'm completely new to GTAV modding so sorry if it is a stupit question)
