How do I export a certain part of this gta 5 model.

I have found a car mod by Just_Riko https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/pontiac-firebird-the-grinder, and I want to export the engine Only, so I can experiment by putting it on other cars (not uploading them, just testing). The engine is in a .yft file, with all the other components. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks
EDIT: I don't want to buy Zmodler3, I can probably get it with magic (if theres no other way to export a certain part of a model)

@seborox7 Not an expert with car modding but I believe it is possible.
Also using cracked versions of Zmodeler are outdated and will never be supported.

I would not attempt to get a cracked version of any software they can most definitely have maliciousness embedded in them.
