Can Someone Help Me Find a Sound From GTA IV?

So in GTA IV, when you switch weapons, it makes a light clothing rustle sound. I'd like to change this to a holster sound, but I've looked in every possible location. It's not RESIDENT or the weapons folder that's nested inside of RESIDENT.
I know these forums are for GTA V, but almost every community for GTA IV is dead so.
