Some files when downloaded, are corrupted

I got a corrupted files trying to download from the site, in a while ago, i dont remember what i was trying to download, i had downloaded a file and then got it impossible to open with winrar or 7zip, now i'm facing this error with this file:

You got a network error when ever you Wi-fi connection is lagging then you may not be able to get complete downloads all the time.

All files i'm trying to download are corrupted, and it's not seems to be related about wi-fi lag, because my internet is working properly, also it's not about windows permisions, i dunno what is this

@taldobill maybe update your winrar installation? problem is definitely on your end and not with the files themselves
