Hi ! You have to use OpenIV, create the folder "mods", make a copy of your file called update.rpf and then all the mods of cars, peds and others that you want to add / modify you must do using that copy, never the original. Vehicles require having a line added to each one that you add to the dlclist.xml file. In this way the game "understands where to look" for the new vehicle so you can use it. A while ago I made a video showing how cars should be added to the game.
