Why is the "load mp maps" not working and why can't i change the headlight color with trainers?

Every time I have the "LoadMultiplayerMap" in openInteriors loaded, it crashes the game, same thing with simple trainer, it crashes and gives me a id of 35 or 42. Also, I can't change the headlight color in simple trainer or menyoo, even though I know I can, it just won't change. I'm thinking it's scripthook that needs an update but I don't know.
Is this happening for anyone else?
