need GTA5.exe V. 1.0.1604.0

Hello ,i'm having issues with newest update by rockstar, and so scripthook is not working again. Can someone who hasn't upgraded Gta so far , send a link or direct send me the files Gta5.exe and Gta5Launcher.exe in version 1.0.1604.0. It's important that the last number is a zero. Thank you all !
