Idea: Whip - melee weapon, It's possible!

The only mod that takes advantage of this idea is the GhostRider mod by julioNIB, which has a chain of fire whip as a special attack. So from that, I know it's possible. Making a regular whip could really open up some doors. Just a thought. Any takers?
