Is Script Hook going to get updated? And how does everyone else play singleplayer mods?

I've seen so many players play SP mods and I can't understand how... I've been waiting 5 days for the Script Hook update and I can't downgrade my game version or anything to get mods working.

They either downgraded their game or never updated their game to begin with. There are many topics about this already, so I suggest searching the forums for this. You can also search Google for how to downgrade.
