HELP WITH CACHE

After i verified the cache of GTA5 with steam the mods no longer work.When i start gta 5 even if I put the mods in the directory, the game is like it was without mod.Pls HELP....

@ENJOYSTICK Whenever the game updates, scripthook will be outdated, therefore mods will not work. Wait for the update for the scripthook.

@MegaDeveloper I haven't scripthook on my gta v directory...
