Is there an easier way to install (large amounts of) vehicle mods?

So, I downloaded so many vehicle mods I lost count, the issue for me is installing them 1 by 1 (half of of them have no "easy way" add-on option). I always found editing vehicle and handling meta files easy to get confused or possibly screw something up. Doing this for 50-100+ mods is even more of a confusing mess and takes a while for those who either don't know exactly what they're doing or lose track of things easily (like me).
There was a "mod installer" for GTA IV that installed a mod based on there .zip file in just a few seconds, I'm surprised no one has done anything similar (that I can find), and considering this game has what feels like 4x the amount of vehicles GTA IV had I can see why it's easy to lose track of each one.
