Bug replace cars mod

Good afternoon .. I am using the version of gta v 1.36 .. I installed a mod of car pack that replaces 160 cars ... after a 15 to 20 minutes of play it of memory error and leaves the game ... what can it be happening? would upgrading gtav be the correct solution?
