hi guys dont kno if any of yol experianced this but everytime i try to save cars on any Business mods made by HKH191 i get this message

am currently uusing the executive ,gun runner and biker business mods they pretty fun n make me alot of money but everytime i try to save cars on any safe houses that come with tha mods game freezes an i get this Can't find native 0x3DFF319A831E0CDB
can anyone help me if they can or are there mods am not sapose to mix it with....
