Which of these NaturalVision Remastered REShade effects don't affect the FPS ,but improve picture quality?

Hi all,
I would like to know which of these NaturalVision Remastered REShade effects don't affect the FPS ,but improve picture quality:

Deband.fx, SMAA.fx,Unsharpenmask.fx,Filmicsharpen.fx,Clarity.fx and MMAO.fx?

And also is there a need of enabling/disabling of some video ingame settings for better performance/quality?

Please tell me.
