[VEHICLE] Looking for a convertor, or dev models.

Hi all,
I'm currently looking for someone who can convert a few models for me, or have existing models I am allowed to dev on (Turning into police cars) I have no intention of selling these models off, or selling them once they've been completed. I'm willing to pay!

I would like these models:
BMW M5
BMW Manhart
Audi S8 Plus
Ford Raptor
Audi RS4 Estate
