How to design car models?

I am new in modding so i think i should start with car designing before start coding mods. I want to know how to design cars by which softwares, i mean i want some tutorials how to make cars to replace and even for addons?

But if you're talking about making car models from scratch, you've gotta watch some tutorials and practice. It kinda takes a long time
