DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ADD-ON CAR BUG?

Well I have a lot of add-on cars. I have an Add-on Skyline R34 and it seems recently its modifications are gone. Now there are only liveries. Can't change wheels, window tints, spoilers, anything. Just the performance mods like engine and transmission. Is there a fix for this? A thing to keep in mind, is that this also has a update.rpf\dlc_patch file that it has, too. Though that file is fine. My Skyline worked fine before. Is it because I have a bit too many cars? I had this issue once with the YCA's Dodge Viper TCA/ACR pack, where I couldn't change anything, but that doesn't happen anymore, and this was ages ago. But yeah, is there a fix? Is it because there's a vehicle part modification limit in GTA V or something?

if it's the same carcols.meta you edited, check it for errors
maybe remove the modkit section you added last to check if the R34 then again has tuning
also check overlapping modkit_ID numbers
