Health and armor gone black?

So i just launched GTA and slowly my heath and armor turned black. There are a few mods that might be the cause but idk which, maybe its a bug of one? Ill list them: Clever Eddies Car Exchange, Heist Project, & Personal Driver (only new mod in the list) (And possibly Realism Dispatch Enhanced, i reinstalled it in a different way because their video is out dated) Are any of the listed mods having a bug that causes that?

Almost forgot, There is also Arms Trafficing.
I think i fixed it by setting my health to 200 and maxing my armor. will update when i lose health.
