Scripthook installed but nothing is happening

I have the latest GTA 5 update and also the lastest scripthook installed, and when I am in the game the function key to launch it is not responding. I have changed the key and still have the same issue. It was working before the updates for both. Also my version of the game is PC. Thanks for any help provided.

@Hassan69 The trainer is optional to install, but if you really want to use it, install the asi loader.

Sorry if it's a daft question i'm using OpenIV and installed ASI loader as it's showing in OpenIV is that what you are talking about.
