gta v won't save

hi i was wondering if anybody has any issues with saving game on gta v , when i try to save game with franklin and i hit letter e and after that it kept on flashing dosn't want to save. and also i try to sell cars on the dealer ship same thing also and the game frozen. i also reinstall the game twice and still have the same issue any idea HeLP
