After modding GTA 5 is updating ?!

Hey Guys, i installed some mods and they working fine and after i add some few more GTA 5 is downloading 5gb of update. When GTA is finish downloading some mods are gone and some are still available. I got a new Gameconfig and istalled everything like the readme told me.
Any one got an idea?
