YMAP - some Objects not spawn

Hey Guys i have make some mappings in GTA, in the Map Editor all works fine, but if i converted in YMAP and build a dlc.rpf
going in to the Singleplayer not all objects are spawning, like v_med Obcjects (Medical stuff) !Someone here maybe, know what the problem is here?
