Do you need all the X64 dlcpacks in the mod folder?

I am curious if it's unnecessary to put all the update/x64/dlcpack folder in the mods one, unless you need for that specific folder to install mods on it.
Lets say you need patchday4ng to replace some cars, so you put them in the mod folder, any other else it's not important to replace for models or textures.

@Stellasin Gosh thank you for that info, cause when I freshen my mods folder up, I thought I need the whole folder lol
