Big size mod to release soon

Hello, from a year im working on a big retexture of the whole game, it will be much gigas of size (10 or 15). How i can release it?

Upload it to a 3rd party website (Dropbox, OneDrive, MddiaFire, etc), then on GTA5-Mods upload an archive containing a link to it. A moderator will check the file and set the link.

I have dropbox, but the space is reserved for other things. Can someone suggest me a good service? May a free service woould be great
