GTA V Unhandled Exception c0000005

Here is my event viewer log. I don't know how to fix this crap. I thought I had GTAV all good to go and now I just get these type of errors. I have GTA V on a fresh Windows 7 OS as well to help it run better but I guess that did not matter. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? Please, any help would be appreciated because I am stuck.

Absolutely no one has had this same issue?
My gpu drivers are up to date, also updated .Net Framework to its latest version even though it tells me .Net Runtime is the source of the error by what the event log says. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
