New tuning part for a car mod

Is there anyone who could help me making a new tuning part for this: https://fi.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/nissan-skyline-gt-r-bnr34-yca-y97y ? All i want is to make the stock wing higher. In theory it shouldnt be that hard right :D? So if someone can give me some help or even make the part hit me up!
