Gta 5 Missions Not Working/Failing In Between Because Of OpenIV

Hello Guys, I am new here. Also please forgive me for my bad english. I am having a problem with my GTA 5 game. I want to remove Openiv.asi from my gta 5. But whenever I Am doing so my GTA 5 is showing corrupt game data. So I Am not able to play my game without it. But when my openiv.asi file is installed it is not letting me to play the missions. The missions fail in between without any reason. Please tell me how shall i remove the openiv from my pc and play my game and missions peacefully.

@Syed-Tanzeel If you have a heavily modded game missions usually won't work, you can try this

@Biggdogg First of all thanks alot sir for this quick reply. Sir I have only installed 2 mods on my game.
- I have changed the loading screen of that girl on the beach.
- I have only installed menyoo files.

Using an older version of the game combined with the gameconfig.xml on 5mods will not work correctly. Best to update your game.

Thanks for the help guys. But I have fixed the issue by removing all the mods from GTA 5 (actually i have't edited much files and I had not installed much mods so it was easy for me to switch to the cleaner version of GTA 5.
