GTA isn't loading Add-Ons...

Hello everybody,
since the last update my GTA 5 won't load mods...
If I put only 2 Mods into the dlclist.xml the game is loading them...
But if I put more than 2 mods into the dlclist.xml they won't show up ingame, not even the vehicles from the GTA Online updates are loading... Means the game has only it's common vehicles...
I tried to fix it with "Heap adjuster", "Packfilelimit adjuster" and another gameconfig, but none of these helped me...
Does someone know how to fix this problem?
