Which one should I use for map editing, Menyoo or Map Editor?

I’m thinking of creating some scenarios for more NPC war.
And I need a map editor to place the peds, vehicles and objects.
Which one is better for NPC war?

I would say neither. Try Codewalker, here's a tutorial. I haven't watched it myself so I don't know how accurate it is at this time, but it isn't that difficult to learn.
