iron man mk 47 mod no flight, HUD, or repulsors, everything else fine

hey guys.
first, i had many months of trouble trying to get this to work. then, i found someone who had been there done that, got it fixed, figured it out...so i followed his instructions.
the cool thing is that it is working...nib mods menu opens, all options are there (except some crash all the mod menus and eventually the game)
the suckish thing is that though i see the ped character (iron man mk 47), there's no flight, no weapons, and no HUD, though they are installed.
everything else is pretty much working, except these. so, he looks like iron man, but nothing else.
