Entering modded cars crashes the game !!!

I hope there is a solution to this problem. Whenever I enter a car that is modded, the game freezes. What could be the problem here? The car spawns and everything, but entering the vehicle crashes the game. Pls HELP

The problem is in Enhanced Native Trainer. It crashes my game. When i'm using the regular native trainer, there are no problems, but the regular one sucks! Any HELP
