My game is corrupted?

Hello guys.
Lately I ran into a very weird issue with my GTA V, I think I broke my game somehow because I cant start none of the Single player missions.. I mean, when I come to the mission location, nothing happens... For example- there is a mission where I need to meet with Michael as Franklin. so when I arrive to the mission I can only see Michael standing and doing absolutely nothing.. It looks like he is bugged..
Same to all other missions.. (45% game completion)I am using a lot of mods on my gta v, addon cars, gta redux mod and airport traffic mod..
