Yes its possible, if you find 3d models of "PJ masks"(.obj, ...), you can convert these models to gta 5. But you need the agreement of 3d model author.

Just send a mail to model creator and tell him your project, in your case: you want to convert his model to gta 5 (without re publishing) , and want to make a video.Personally i can only help you on converting, i dont have enough skills to create these models.

@thebegin10 I look but I have not reached a positive result. in the meantime as you said pj mask a wrote 3d drawings wanted. i don't even think they will respond to a positive response but i need to try it

Ok give me a link when you can, i will work on it, and if they dont respond after 5 days, make your video and credit them on the begining or the end of your video.
